Ordering online for yourself and your customers with FM is super simple, it is just like doing other online shopping.
Simply login with your FM id number and password, which you would have got in your welcome email from FM.
If you can’t remember your details, use don’t remember password option and enter your email address there to get an email with a reset link.
For each item you wish to order either click on the basket symbol on that item to add one of the item to your basket, or click on item name and select the quantity and basket symbol next to it to add more than one of that item to your basket.
When you have added all the items you wish to order, click on the shopping cart symbol in top right of the shop to go to your Shopping Basket.
If you are paying by credit or debit card select the Stripe payment method.
You can enter a different UK delivery address for the order if you wish, for example your customer’s address. If you do put customer’s address, it is best to put the customer’s mobile number too, but your email address, that way you both will get notifications of when the DPD parcel is on its way.
Delivery charge depends on the number of Points on the order (you will see the total points in your shopping basket):
0 – 560 points = £6.20 delivery
561 points or more = FREE DELIVERY
When your parcel is ready to be sent from the warehouse you will get a DPD email notification with the Tracking Link.
Then, on the day of delivery, you will get a text message with the hour delivery slot.
