Each product has two regular prices:
member price (the price you pay)
and a customer price (RRP).
In this example the
Member Price is £27
and Customer Price is £39
therefore your immediate retail profit is:
£39 – £27 = £12
You also get Personal Points for product orders that you place, in this example 110 points.
All the points from all the orders that you place in a month on your individual FM id number count towards your Personal Points for that month.
All these calculations are done automatically by FM, so you don’t need to worry about working out the figures yourself.
All points are reset to 0 at start of each month.

It is actually your Group Points for the month that determine your achievement level, for example with 3600 Group Points you would be 9% level. One great way to move up the bonus levels faster is to grow a team.
Your Personal Points AND points from orders your team places on their id numbers add to your Group Points total for the month.
You earn team commission based on the difference between the % level you are on and % level the person directly below you in that leg of your structure is on, this is all worked out for you too automatically by FM.
In this example above you are on 18% with 20400 Group Points and Jane is on 12% therefore the difference would be 6%.
Your minimum Personal Points in the month to qualify for any commission you have earned is 50 Points.
Any bonus commission you have earned in the previous month is available to be claimed from around 6th of following month in your Back Office.
If your unclaimed commission is over £10 you can Request Bank Transfer between 6th and 16th of the month.
Alternatively, for any amount of unclaimed commission you could instead Request a Commission Voucher.
Commission Vouchers can be used to pay for up to 90% of order cost on order(s) you are placing by using the ADD DISCOUNT button at checkout.
Any unclaimed commission not claimed and used by 31st March each year will be lost (this is due to start of new financial year).
